Maddybenny is in a great location on the Causeway Coast with close proximity to several National Trust sites, Tourist attractions, Golf Courses, Games of Thrones locations, beaches and beautiful areas for walking and cycling. There are also many activity centres for children and adults alike as well as a host of restaurants and cafes to cater for all tastes.

Mussenden Temple is located in the beautiful surroundings of Downhill Demesne near Castlerock in County Londonderry. It perches dramatically on a 120 ft cliff top, high above the Atlantic Ocean on the north-western coast of Northern Ireland, offering spectacular views westwards over Downhill Strand towards Magilligan Point and County Donegal and to the east Castlerock beach towards Portstewart, Portrush and Fair Head.
The rope bridge has woven its way between Carrick Island and the County Antrim mainland across the Atlantic Ocean, Carrick-a-Rede Island is the final destination and home to a fisherman's cottage steeped in history and heritage.
The iconic ruin of Dunluce Castle bears witness to a long and tumultuous history. First built on the dramatic coastal cliffs of north County Antrim by the MacQuillan family around 1500, the earliest written record of the castle was in 1513.
Bushmills Irish Whiskey is made at the world's oldest licenced working distillery in County Antrim, Northern Ireland, on the beautiful North Coast. The original grant to distil was signed in 1608 by King James 1st and there has been distillation on this site since then, using the unique water from our own stream and Irish barley. More than 400 years old.
This beautiful avenue of beech trees was planted by the Stuart family in the eighteenth century. It was intended as a compelling landscape feature to impress visitors as they approached the entrance to their Georgian mansion, Gracehill House. Two centuries later, the trees remain a magnificent sight and have become one of the most photographed natural phenomena in Northern Ireland. In fact, the iconic trees have been used as a filming location in HBO's epic series Game of Thrones®, representing the Kingsroad.
Giant’s Causeway, renowned for its polygonal columns of layered basalt, is the only World Heritage Site in N Ireland. Resulting from a volcanic eruption 60 million years ago, this is the focal point for a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has attracted visitors for centuries. It harbours a wealth of local and natural history. Other noteworthy items include: a Spanish Armada shipwreck site (‘La Girona’) & many traces of the legendary giant – Finn MacCool.
A surf lesson with the friendly and professional team from Alive Adventures is a fantastic experience and amazing fun. You can also join them on their exciting cave exploration stand-up-paddleboard tours or one of the many other activities we offer.
Coasteering is raw adrenaline; cliff jumping, bouldering, climbing, belly-flopping, get spun and pushed around in a wave pool, clambering, some underwater challenges and otherwise using our rugged coastline as an adventure playground.
Join us at the Jet Centre - there’s so much to do. Watch a movie, go bowling, play mini-golf or entertain the kids in our soft play and party centre. Plus we have one of the best arcades around and we’re home to Asian-fusion restaurant Yoko.
Since the Crannagh Activity Centre opened, it has been recognized as one of the top recreation destinations on the North Coast, with consistent 5 star reviews. Cheeky Chimps Coleraine is the perfect place for your own little monkeys to run riot. Your children will have a great time, filled with adventure and learning possibilities.
