Downstairs is a twin bedroom with bathroom next door(shower over the bath).

Open plan living/ dining area & fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & fridge/freezer. Back door opens to a fenced off area with BBQ & bistro table.
Outdoor table and benches on paved area by front door.
Linens and towels are provided.
