Maddybenny means "sanctified or holy post".  The Farm house dates from the 1600s, when it was built as a Plantation house on lands belonging to the Earl of Antrim. The first Presbyterian Minister, Rev. Gabriel Cornwall, lived here.

Our Home,  now extended and modernised, is situated 2 miles from the seaside resorts of Portstewart and Portrush . A wonderful area for touring sightseeing or just relaxing.

The house is comfortably furnished in very fine antiques. Snooker and games room, quiet sitting areas. Cots and garden play area for children. Spacious grounds.

Stabling for guest's own horses with full use of cross country and riding facilities. Riding for all ages and ability at B.H.S. Approved Riding School.

Our breakfasts are famous and won the All Ireland "Galtee Best Farmhouse Breakfast" in 1989, 1992 & 1994.
